Designing Cisco Enterprise Networks (ENSLD) v1.1

Duration : 5 Days (40 Hours)

Designing Cisco Data Center Infrastructure (DCID) v7.0 Course Overview:

In the Designing Cisco Enterprise Networks (ENSLD) v1.1 course, you will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to design an enterprise network. This course builds upon the topics covered in the Implementing and Operating Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies (ENCOR) v1.0 course and serves as a deep dive into enterprise network design.

Throughout the course, you will explore advanced concepts and strategies related to enterprise network design. The course covers various topics, including:

  1. Enterprise network design principles: Understand the fundamental principles and considerations for designing an enterprise network.
  2. Network infrastructure design: Learn how to design the network infrastructure, including the selection and integration of networking devices and technologies.
  3. Advanced addressing and routing solutions: Gain knowledge on designing scalable addressing schemes and implementing advanced routing solutions.
  4. WAN design: Explore design considerations for wide area network (WAN) connectivity, including selecting appropriate WAN technologies and designing resilient and secure WAN solutions.
  5. Data center integration: Learn about integrating enterprise networks with data center environments, including designing for high availability, scalability, and security.
  6. Network services design: Understand how to design network services, such as Quality of Service (QoS), network security, and network management.

By the end of the course, you will have a comprehensive understanding of enterprise network design principles and best practices. You will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to design scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise networks. This course will enhance your ability to plan and implement network designs that meet the needs of modern organizations.

This course also helps you prepare to take the 300-420 Designing Cisco Enterprise Networks (ENSLD) exam which is part of the CCNP® Enterprise and Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise Design certifications. This course
also earns you 40 Continuing Education (CE) credits towards recertification.

How you’ll benefit
This course will help you:
● Learn the skills, technologies, and best practices needed to design an enterprise network
● Deepen your understanding of enterprise design including advanced addressing and routing solutions, advanced enterprise campus networks, WAN, security services, network services, and software-defined access SDA
● Validate your knowledge and prepare to take the 300-420 Designing Cisco Enterprise Networks (ENSLD) exam
