The “Understanding Cisco Collaboration Foundations (CLFNDU) v1.1” course equips you with the skills to administer and support a single-site Cisco Unified Communications Manager solution with SIP gateway. You will learn device management, user management, media resource management, and gain troubleshooting skills. The course also covers SIP dial plans and earns you 30 Continuing Education (CE) credits for recertification.
