The CCISO certification option is open to individuals with an interest in taking CCISO training. While self-study is available, official CCISO Training is required for those who do not meet the self-study requirement. After completing the training, individuals who wish to take the CCISO Exam must submit an Exam Eligibility Application, demonstrating they possess 5 years of IS management experience in at least 3 of the 5 CCISO Domains. Upon approval, candidates will receive instructions to purchase a Pearson VUE voucher for the exam. For individuals who do not meet the CCISO Exam requirements, they have the option to take the EC-Council Information Security Manager (E|ISM) exam as part of the Associate CCISO Program. This allows them to start their CCISO journey by earning the E|ISM certification before fulfilling the CCISO Exam requirements.
